The cellar of the old winery with its vaulted ceiling has been reborn into a temple to wine, surrounded by the most prestigious wines of the Chianti region. The wine cellar comprises a reception area, a great room that can accommodate up to 10 people for a sit-down dinner, and a cave where the temperature and humidity are kept at the correct level to maintain the stocks of prestige vintage wines.
