Grape Variety: Bright garnet colour tending to ruby, Quercione is 95% Sangiovese and 5% Canaiolo.
Tasting
Wonderfully appealing floral entry gives way to kirsch-like cherry fruit, some background spice and a slick of vanilla.
On the palate it is very smooth, warm and polished, with a savoury quality to the fruit. This is a delicately structured, lovely wine with suave tannins and good acidity.
