CANCELLATION POLICY
The Best Flexible Rate allow you to modify or cancel your reservation without any charge within 7 days prior the arrival date. In case of modification or cancellation after that date, a penalty will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value. There is no refund in case of early check out or no show.
DEPOSIT AND GUARANTEE
The Best Flexible Rate require payments of stay, extras and local city tax at the time of check-out. However, 15 days prior the arrival date, the property reserves the right to request pre-authorization of the total reservation value, charging the provided credit card.
