Our winery offers a distinguished selection of fine wines, including Chianti DOCG, Chianti Riserva DOCG, IGT Colli della Toscana Centrale, and IGT Toscana. We also produce premium extra virgin olive oil and traditional Vin Santo—perfectly paired with classic Tuscan cantucci biscuits.

Nestled within the Estate and its surrounding lands, the winery spans over 500 hectares of gently rolling Tuscan hills, where Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot grapes are carefully cultivated. The entire vinification process takes place in our own cellars, combining the deep-rooted expertise of renowned winemaker Vittorio Fiore with state-of-the-art equipment and modern techniques, all to preserve the purity and character of each grape.

Guests can take part in formal wine tastings regularly hosted at the Estate, or simply enjoy our wines at any time—whether dining in the restaurant, relaxing in the Lobby Bar, unwinding by the pool, or in the comfort of their private suite.
